2025 Greenbelt Station Final Annual Property Inspection
Dear Homeowner,
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the appearance and value of our community, annual property inspections were conducted in June and July. A final reinspection has been scheduled for Tuesday, August 26, to ensure any noted issues have been addressed.
If you received a courtesy notice and/or violation notice, please review it carefully and complete the items listed.
If additional time is needed to complete the work, contact management at greenhoa@gmail.com to request an extension.
Below are some of the most common issues identified during the inspections:
- Trash & Recycling Bins – Must be stored inside and out of public view on non-trash days, and the containers must have house numbers.
- Exposed Wires or Cables – Any visible exterior wiring should be properly secured or concealed.
- Walkways & Entryways – Clean off dirt, mildew, or stains from steps, doors, and pathways.
- Perimeter Landscaping – Shrubs, bushes, and flower beds should be neatly trimmed and weed-free. Remove any climbing vines.
- Exterior Fixtures – Ensure light fixtures, shutters, and house numbers are clean, intact, and in good condition. Replace missing shutters.
- Paint & Siding – Address any peeling paint, algae, or damaged siding on brick or vinyl surfaces.
- Doors & Windows – Check that all doors and window frames are clean and in good repair.
- General Clutter – Remove tools, debris, or personal items from porches, driveways, balconies, and other visible areas.
Please note this is not an exhaustive list, but a summary of common items observed during inspections.
Thank you for your attention to these matters and for helping keep Greenbelt Station a beautiful community for all.
