I’m new to the community, how do I get trash and recycling receptacles?

New owners should contact the Community Manager to request the delivery of trash and recycling receptacles to their home. 

If you are in need of a replacement receptacle or wish to purchase an additional receptacle, please contact the Community Manager.  The cost for a 95-gallon Trash receptacle is $95.00 and $65.00 for a 65-gallon Recycling receptacle.

When is trash/recycling collection for the community?

Trash and recycling are collected weekly on Wednesdays unless otherwise noted. 

Who can I contact about bulk trash?

Bulk trash collection is provided by the Association’s trash contractor, Trash Away.  To schedule a bulk trash collection, please contact Deena at Trash Away at (703) 339-4560.  Please note that the following items are unacceptable bulk trash items:

  • Bathroom Fixtures
  • Carpet
  • Cabinets
  • Concrete
  • Doors
  • Drywall
  • Hazardous Materials
  • Paint Containers
  • Tiles
  • Windows

Who do I call if my trash is not picked up?

If your trash or recycling has not be collected during the community’s normal collect day (Wednesdays), please notify the Community Manager so that she can contact the trash contractor.

How do I obtain parking permits?

If you are a new owner or just in need of a replacement parking permit, please contact the Community Manager.  Replacement permits are $10.00 each.  Payment for replacement permits must be received at the Management Office before a replacement is issued.

I’ve lost my mailbox keys; how do I get replacement keys?

Owners will need to enlist the services of a locksmith for the replacement of locks on mailboxes. Alternatively, you may contact the original mailbox installation contractor, Mailbox Man of MD, at mailboxmanofmd.com or mailboxman1@yahoo.com for lock replacement. Lock replacements are $150.00.

Where can I find a copy of the Parking Policy?

A copy of the Association’s Parking Policy can be found under ‘Owner Forms’.

If you are unable to download a copy of the policy, please contact the Community Manager to request a copy.

Where can I find the Shuttle Pass and/or schedule?

Currently, the builder, provides a courtesy shuttle from the community to the Greenbelt Metro Station for homeowners and residents.  A copy of the shuttle schedule and the Shuttle Pass can be found under ‘Owner Forms‘.

Where can I find the 15X bus schedule?

The bus schedule can be found here or you can email the Community Manager for a copy.

Can I reserve Central Park for a private event?

The park is the property of the City of Greenbelt. Residents will need to contact Joseph McNeal at (301) 397-2200. Click here to download an application.
