You can VOTE ONLINE for the Annual Meeting. Voting online is quick and easy. You will receive the invitation to vote email from greenbeltstationmaster@ivotehoa.com on September 1, 2025. If you do not receive the email, or you require a paper ballot, please contact me at greenhoa@ciramail.com. This is a safe and efficient method to increase participation while saving both time and money. Each property with an email on file will receive an email invitation to vote from the community voting site. Please be sure to add the email address, greenbeltstationmaster@ivotehoa.com, to your safe sender list/address book so you can participate in the vote.
