Annual Inspections Scheduled for June 24–25, 2025

Annual inspections will take place Tuesday, June 24, through Friday, June 27.

These routine inspections help maintain the overall appearance and safety of the community.

To ensure your home is prepared, please review the following common areas of focus:

• 🗑️ Trash & Recycling Bins – Store bins inside the garage and out of public view on non-trash days.
• 🔌 Exposed Wires or Cables – Conceal or secure any visible exterior wiring.
• 🧼 Walkways & Entryways – Remove dirt, mildew, and residue from walkways, steps, and doors.
• 🌿 Perimeter Landscaping – Keep shrubs, bushes, flower beds, and decorative plants around the home’s edge neatly trimmed and maintained.
• 🪟 Exterior Fixtures – Ensure light fixtures, shutters, and house numbers are clean and in good condition.
• 🖼️ Paint & Siding – Address any peeling paint or damaged siding.
• 🚪 Doors & Windows – Check that all doors and window frames are clean, intact, and undamaged.
• 🧹 General Clutter – Remove any tools, debris, or personal items from porches, and driveways.
