Thank You for a Wonderful Community Summer Party!
A big thank you to the Activities Committee for organizing last Saturday’s Community Summer Party at Central Park! The event was a great success, bringing neighbors together for fun, food, and connection.
We’d also like to thank the Engaged Citizens Committee for their participation in the event. They shared helpful information about the community and presented the first-ever Greenbelt Station Master Association Green Thumb Award. This special recognition was awarded to residents Muna and Yaseen Almayyasi of 8126 Greenbelt Station Parkway for the exceptional care and attention given to their front and side landscaping. Their beautiful garden has greatly enhanced the charm and curb appeal of our neighborhood. The award included a commemorative plaque and a $100 gift to support continued garden maintenance.
In addition, the Committee held a Tame the Tangle Vine sweepstakes raffle, awarding one lucky resident with a free front yard weed and vine removal service.
