November is a great time for a final shrub trimming. This gets your yard ready for next spring. Please make sure your shrubs and trees do not encroach into sidewalks and pedestrian ways.

To help with yard waste removal, management negotiated with our Trash Vendor to include Yard Waste removal every Thursday.

Please make sure that all loose leaves and yard waste are bagged in paper bags and cut brunches no longer than 2 feet long are tied in small bundles.

Yard waste is not permitted in public view except on the evening before trash day and the day of trash collection. Please keep all your yard waste inside your garage until day of disposal.
